The breakfast with other veggies would help, gluten-free breads and also other veggies was excellent, you'll find what you need. The location was stunning and incredible, not far from the gandola ride or shuttle up the mountain and a restaurant and easily accessible. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

Staying here was a fantastic escape into nature, especially with the stunning views from the Deluxe Queen Room Waterfall View. After a day of hiking, the outdoor hot tub was a perfect way to unwind, and the variety of dining options made mealtimes convenient. The staff went out of their way to assist.

The decor of Sunshine Mountain Lodge exudes a cozy charm, with warm, inviting common areas adorned with stone fireplaces and comfortable seating. Accessibility features were also excellent for my needs as a senior.
Limited food options at the hotel could be improved.

Got attractive, gorgeous room with a queen bed. This was a stunning and unbeatable location very close to smores on an outdoor fire, and hill.
Everything was fantastic!

Beautiful log cabin in a quiet location with fantastic views of the river. Top furnished and clean. You don't notice anything about the neighbours on the large grounds.

missingWrote a review on 12 Auguncomfortable heatlimited dining options
Our experience was marred by significant issues. The trek up to the lodge became tedious after a few trips, especially with luggage. The room was uncomfortably hot each night, despite having the door open and the fan on. With no meals included and limited dining options available, it felt isolating and expensive to eat at the lodge or travel into town.

Came here for trip, had great 3 days overall. Got comfortable room with a fire place - always come in handy. Its unique, remote location was a plus. Small markets and a market were right next door.
Nothing negative to say.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend stopover in Banff with reasonable value. Enjoyed the little night activities, especially the s'mores. Make sure to plan around the gondola schedule for easy access.
